Mint & Berries exists to fix that. I work with life science, medtech, and energy organizations to turn complex innovation into communications that actually land — with the media, the stakeholders, and the audiences that matter most.

About Me
I’m Claudia — founder of Mint & Berries, PR strategist, and trained journalist.
I spent more than a decade inside some of the world’s most demanding communications environments before launching this consultancy. That in-house experience is the foundation of everything I do here. I know what it looks like when communications strategy works, and I know exactly what it looks like when it doesn’t.
I hold a Master’s in Global Journalism and a second Master’s in Business Development. I work in English, Swedish, and Romanian. And I bring a journalist’s instinct to every brief — which means I’m always asking the question your audience is actually asking, not the one your internal team wants to answer.
WHY I STARTED MINT & BERRIES
There’s a pattern I kept noticing across industries — and it bothered me enough to do something about it: campaigns that look spectacular on paper often fail to connect or convert as promised. Big agencies are brilliant at making things look good — but substance can be overshadowed by the sparkle, and the cost can be disproportionately high for the results delivered. Great communication doesn’t need a huge budget or a big agency name. Often, a simpler, focused approach resonates louder.
My background spans both sides of the media equation: corporate communications strategy and trained journalism. I know what communications managers are trying to protect and what journalists are actually looking for. That double perspective shapes everything I do — from how I frame a pitch to how I counsel a spokesperson before a difficult interview.
